Hot off their lightening set (so I heard… and believe) at T in the Park the riproaring Velveteen Saints look to take Wickerman by storm. If you want to dance, headbang, trip-out, shoegaze – or find that perfect “spank-track” – then this band are for you! I’m getting a real Wildhearts vibe!
I really hope to catch these guys at the Wickerman Festival. If you’re going, they are playing the ‘goNORTH Festival Tour Tent’ on the Friday.

” Think the Raveonettes/Eddie Cochran with a major caffeine injection; big beats, surf guitars, catchy melodies and three-part vocals. Formed in their hometown of Glasgow in the Summer of 2012, a succession of DIY sold-out gigs led to the band supporting the likes of Tim Burgess (The Charlatans), Peter Hook (Joy Division), Peace and The View. The band are currently working towards their debut release as well as hoping to build on their growing live reputation in 2013.”
All I can say is, if you like Mumford and Sons you’ll fucking hate these guys! That’s a glorious compliment as far as I am concerned!
